The college has recently been affiliated with the University of the Punjab to offer limited seats in selected undergraduate programs. Admissions are offered on a competitive merit basis according to the policies and academic regulations of the University of the Punjab.

The college offers four-year BS degree programs (Semester System) and two-year Associate Degree Program (ADP).

Programs Offered

BS (4-Year Degree – Semester System)

  • BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
  • BS English
  • BS Islamic Studies
  • BS Health & Physical Education
  • BS Psychology

ADP (2-Year Degree – Semester System)

  • ADP English

Admissions are offered on limited seats in each program.

Admission Procedure

Application forms for BS and ADP programs can be obtained from the College Admission Office during the admission period announced by the college.

Applicants seeking admission in more than one program must submit separate application forms for each discipline.

Admissions are granted strictly on merit according to university and college policies.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:

  1. Candidates must have at least 45% marks (Second Division) in Intermediate or equivalent examination.
  2. Candidates who have already obtained an undergraduate degree are not eligible to apply.
  3. Applicants who have already taken admission in another college or university at undergraduate level are not eligible.
  4. Candidates who passed Intermediate before Annual 2023 must provide an affidavit stating that they have not taken admission in any undergraduate program.
  5. The maximum age limit is 24 years (including two years of age relaxation) on the closing date for submission of applications.
  6. Additional age relaxation will not be granted.
  7. In-service candidates must provide permission from their respective departments.
  8. Candidates from boards other than the relevant regional boards must submit NOC from their previous board.
  9. Applicants with equivalent qualifications must provide an Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC.

Academic System

All BS and ADP programs follow the Semester System as prescribed by the University of the Punjab.

Students are required to maintain satisfactory academic performance and discipline throughout their studies.

Good Standing Requirements

To continue their studies, students must maintain the following:

  • Minimum GPA of 2.00 at the end of the first semester with at least 50% of courses passed for promotion to the second semester.
  • If a student obtains GPA between 1.75 and 1.99, promotion may be granted on probation.
  • In subsequent semesters, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and pass at least 50% of the courses.

Up to Semester IV, failure to meet these requirements may result in removal from the college rolls.

From Semester V onward, students who fail to meet the required criteria may be required to repeat the semester.

The BS degree must be completed within 8 semesters, with a maximum allowed duration of 6 years.

All programs are offered subject to availability of teaching staff, institutional resources, and sufficient number of enrolled students. The college reserves the right to revise, suspend, or withdraw any program or admission in accordance with university regulations and administrative requirements.
