Online College Admission System (OCAS)

Admissions to First Year (Intermediate) at the college are processed through the Online College Admission System (OCAS) Punjab. All applicants are required to submit their applications online according to the schedule announced by the Higher Education Department.

Programs Offered

  • F.Sc. Pre-Engineering
  • ICS (Intermediate in Computer Science)
  • I.Com (Intermediate in Commerce)
  • FA (Arts)

Compulsory Subjects

All Intermediate students study the following compulsory subjects:

  • English
  • Urdu
  • Islamic Studies / Ethics (for Non-Muslim students)
  • Pakistan Studies
  • Tarjama-Tul-Quran / Religious Education (according to board policy)

Note: Subject combinations are offered subject to availability of staff and sufficient number of students.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  2. Admission is granted strictly on merit according to marks obtained in Matriculation.
  3. O-Level students must provide an Equivalence Certificate issued by PBCC.

Required Documents

Students whose names appear in the merit list must submit the following documents:

  • Original Matric Result Card with photocopies
  • Two recent passport size photographs
  • Character Certificate from previous institution
  • Copy of CNIC of father / guardian
  • Copy of CNIC or Form-B of the applicant
  • NOC for candidates from boards other than the relevant board

Admission Procedure (OCAS)

Students must follow these steps to apply online:

  1. Visit the OCAS Punjab admission portal.
  2. Enter your Matric Roll Number and Board to log in.
  3. Select the college and desired program.
  4. Print the application processing fee challan.
  5. Deposit the processing fee (Rs. 25) at any branch of the Bank of Punjab.
  6. After submitting the application, wait for the merit list to be displayed online.
  7. Applicants can check their application status anytime through the OCAS portal.

Important Instructions

  • Students must select subject combinations carefully while applying.
  • Change of subjects is allowed only within the period permitted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
  • Subject combinations may change depending on staff availability and class capacity.
  • Any admission granted due to clerical error will be cancelled automatically.
  • Parents and students are advised not to engage in any illegal dealings with any official regarding admission.

Note

If the number of students in a particular subject combination is less than the required limit, the college may not offer that combination.
